The Role
- Engage with customers who are French speakers, ensuring effective communication and high-quality software delivery
- Prepare detailed checklists and test cases to support testing execution
- Execute testing based on the prepared checklists and test cases
- Report bugs and issues identified during the testing process
- Generate testing reports for the features/sections tested
- Proactively provide feedback and recommendations on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience of the platform
Ideal Profile
- Fluent in French both oral and written.
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- Basic understanding of Software Quality Assurance and testing
- Basic skills in Customer Service
- Able to work on-site in Madagascar
